PHASE ONE – Early Bird Registration (3rd – 19th January 2014)
To get the slot earlier, you should register your team on Jogja Debating
Forum Open Debate Tournament 2014 by filling the registration form.
This is the link for
the online registration form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1nFY4W-wkRkvG5xJQ5oHqieWFhW0HSCLoxV2S0ZjbEno/viewform. You may click the link and follow. Since the tournament's caps are only 36
teams, we encourage you to register as soon as possible.
The earliest 36 teams will be included in the main list and the others
will be in the
waiting list. The lists will be released on 20th January 2014.
PHASE TWO – Payment (21th – 26th
January 2014)
For those who are in the main list, secure your slots by
transferring the registration fee (Rp250.000,-) to Account no.137-00-1061973-8
(Mandiri) a/n. Endah Ratnasari. After
making the payment, don’t forget to confirm it by attaching your scanned proof
and team’s name to jdf.open@gmail.com.
Do not forget to also confirm your
registration and payment by sending a text message to Ratna Yunita (0857 9037
8707) with the format of JDF OPEN/TEAM’S NAME.
Those who have paid
by the deadline will be the fixed main list teams. It means you are officially registered as the
participant. This
list will be released on 27th January 2014.
PHASE THREE – Last Chance Registration (28th January – 7th
February 2014)
If the
empty slots are still available, we open the last chance for registration. For
those who are in the waiting list can directly accomplish the payment phase.
For those who are still willing to join but have not registered, please fill
the registration form then proceed to payment phase.
Please accomplish the payment phase as soon as possible because
we use the first come first served
system in this phase.
